Need meeting space in Downtown Miami for a couple hours or days?  

​​We have meeting space for 1 to 40 attendees .  ​Rooms come with WiFi and options for  TV monitors and white erase boards at no extra charge.  Guests may also self cater meetings.

Suite 803

Rates from $20 an hour
​​Suite 803 contains a meeting room table with seating for 1-4 guests. 2 seats together on each side with a 6 foot separation between. Exterior window view 220 square feet

Suite 814

Rates from $20 an hour
Suite 814 is set up as a conference room for 4 currently.  Interior window view 221 square feet

Suite 906

Rates from $25 an hour
Suite 906 consists of an interior view and exterior view office. Space for 1-3 in the interior office.  Space for 4 in the connecting office. 260 square feet

Suite 909

Rates from $60 an hour
Suite 909 can be set up with 10 chairs only or with 10 workshop tables with chairs.  Space is limited to 15 guests. Interior office view 718 square feet

Suite 801 (Currently Unavailable)

Rates from $30 an hour
Suite 801 can be set up as a conference room for 4 currently.  A counter is also available for materials. Exterior window view 270 square feet 

Suite 800

Rates from $60 an hour
Suite 800 consists of a semi-private open space. Ten workshop tables and 10 chairs may be set up in any configuration preferred. Space is limited to 20 guests. Interior office view 454 square feet

Meeting Space Use 

All guests are required to wear a face covering in our public areas such as the lobby areas, elevators, restrooms, and corridors. All meetings will be limited to the number of guests specified per room at this time to allow for social distancing.

We can confirm if we are available. ​We ask for full payment in advance. Refunds granted less any PayPal fees if space reservation is canceled 72 hours or more in advance in writing.

Evenings and weekends may be available just check with us for the dates you need. Meeting Room Rates on evenings and weekends are priced higher than the listed starting prices for each room. Minimum weekend or evening rental is 2 hours.

Visitors coming to the space agree to our COVID-19 WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION​.
